These general conditions of sale govern all purchasing procedures for products sold by VitOlio 1955 (hereinafter, "Products") on the vitolio.it website. Before placing an order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these conditions.
1. Products, Prices, and Features

The products offered include Coratina monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, packaged in artisan ceramic jars or 3 and 5-liter bag-in-box containers, crafted with artisanal care and attention to quality.

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include VAT. Any shipping costs will be clearly indicated at the time of order.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Any differences from the actual product, especially for handcrafted items, do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.

VitOlio 1955 reserves the right to change prices, availability, and features of Products without prior notice.
2. Orders and Invoicing

Placing an order constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. Acceptance of the order by VitOlio 1955 occurs via email confirmation.

The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the Products. The Customer is responsible for providing correct invoicing and delivery details.
3. Order Execution and Delivery

Orders will be processed within the times indicated on the website. For Products available in stock, average delivery times are: 7 working days for Italy and 15 working days for Europe.

In case of product unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed and may choose to wait for availability or request a refund.

Delivery is considered complete upon receipt of the Product by the Customer.
4. Shipping Methods

Shipments are entrusted to qualified couriers.

Standard rates are:

Italy: €5 (standard shipping), €7 (express), free for orders over €70

Europe: variable based on country and order amount

Outside Europe: calculated based on order amount, indicated at checkout

It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the Products upon delivery, checking the integrity of the packaging and the conformity of the contents. Any anomalies must be reported to the courier and VitOlio 1955 within 3 working days.
5. Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of order. Products remain the property of VitOlio 1955 until full payment is received. Any customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days of receiving the Products, without any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact info@vitolio.it. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized Products or Products already opened by the Customer.
7. Force Majeure
Events such as strikes, transport failures, government restrictions, or IT problems may suspend or delay the fulfillment of orders. After 3 months of such events persisting, the order may be cancelled.
8. Complaints
Any defects or damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the Product, including photos and a detailed description. VitOlio 1955 will replace or refund defective Products.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
The data provided will be processed according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for order management, shipping, and company communications. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the vitolio.it website, including images and texts, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
11. Competent Jurisdiction
For any disputes relating to these conditions, the Court of Trani shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions for consumer protection.
