Coratina is one of the most representative cultivars of our land.

From these olives we obtain an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil with a medium-intense fruitiness, herbaceous notes, hints of artichoke and a natural balance between bitter and spicy.

We chose not to filter our oil because we believe that quality does not need to be corrected.
