From Puglia, a land of sun and ancient olive trees, VitOlio 1955 is born: a family project that combines love for the land, respect for tradition and an eye for excellence. Our monocultivar Coratina extra virgin olive oil is enclosed in artisanal ceramic jars from Puglia , true table jewels, symbols of timeless taste and beauty.

A story of family and land

VitOlio 1955 was born in Canosa di Puglia , for generations that have cultivated centuries-old olive trees with dedication and care. Since 1955, our family has passed down the art of oil production, enhancing the Coratina cultivar, among the most prized in Italy for intensity, quality and richness in polyphenols.
In 2023, we created the VitOlio 1955 brand to share this heritage with the world, enclosed in jars handcrafted by master ceramists from Puglia.
